The Cowboy Saloon is the perfect venue to rent for your wedding, wedding reception, private party or group event.

$1,000 MINIMUM EVENT REVENUE

To reserve the Dance Hall for a private event, a $1,000 minimum event revenue is required unless the event is for a non-profit or fundraiser.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Private use of the designated event space
  • Bartender(s) for beverage service
  • Staff to assist with setup and teardown of tables and chairs
  • Large round banquet tables and chairs
  • Standard event cleaning after the event

HOW THE MINIMUM WORKS

The $1,000 minimum is based on your event's total bar sales.

If your bar sales reach $1,000 or more, there is no additional room rental charge.

If your bar sales are less than $1,000, the difference is charged as a room rental fee.

NON-PROFIT & FUNDRAISING EVENTS

The Cowboy Saloon is proud to support our local community. Qualified non-profit organizations and fundraising events are exempt from the $1,000 minimum event revenue requirement.

Event organizers are still responsible for coordinating their event with Cowboy Saloon management, and standard staffing requirements may still apply. Approval is required prior to booking.

EVENTS WITH GUESTS UNDER 21

  • A special event permit must be obtained from the City before the event can be held.
  • A minimum of 30 days' notice is required to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit the permit application.
  • All guests under the age of 21 must leave the premises before the Cowboy Saloon opens to the general public.
  • Additional staffing and security requirements may apply depending on the nature and size of the event.
