MEET THE OWNERS

In 2025, longtime Laramie locals, Trevor and Trinity Thatcher, purchased the Cowboy Saloon with happy hearts (and a very full renovation checklist). The Cowboy Saloon is where they had their first date as UW students, and now, 24 years later, they're the proud new owners of this iconic dance hall.

Their mission? Keep the spirit of the Cowboy alive—loud music, cold drinks, and a place where everyone feels welcome. They're adding a few fresh touches (yes, even brand new bathrooms!), but the heart of the place? That's staying just the way you remember it.
